Smothered Chicken Barbecue Recipe

Smothered Chicken is a prefect BBQ food. If you taste it, it tastes of the south, and how BBQs should smell and taste like.

Ingredients

Chicken breasts

Hickory and Mesquite flavour marinade

Grated Cheddar cheese

Streaky Bacon

Precook the chicken in an oven until cooked.

Cook the bacon on your BBQ.

When the bacon is cooked, place the chicken on the BBQ with the bacon and cheese on top.

Pour the marinade over the chicken, bacon and cheese pile liberally.

Cook until the cheese is melted Serve and enjoy!
