Special Touches to your Barbecue

Every BBQ party needs to have people to enjoy it; otherwise it’s just a gathering of sad people! For people to enjoy your BBQ, you’ll need to add some “finishing” touches.

Serve white wine chilled in cool bags. White wine will go with most things, so have a fair few bottles nicely chilled on ice for your partygoers to enjoy.

As stupid as it sounds, serve your food on paper plates. It gives the feeling to everyone that they are outdoor! Put some music on: nothing fancy, just some contemporary music most people like, such as REM or U2.

Make sure the BBQ is in a central location: everyone likes to see the food cooking, and it also heightens the appetite.

Burn the first few burgers, so people really enjoy your cooking!

And last but not least, get the “chef” to wear a funny apron. As daft as it sounds, a provocative slogan on an apron is always a conversation starter.
